| Zhejiang Provincial Agency for Health Inspection and Supervision was founded on June 29,2000 that is led directly by Health Bureau of Zhejiang Province, being the executive organ for specific health inspection and supervision. It has 75 designated personnel capacity. The agency has three administrative offices including Administration Office, Department of Human Resources and Department of Finance and ten opreation departments including Departmeng of Information,Department of Food Hygiene Supervision, Department of Occupational Health Supervision, Department of Medical Health Supervision, Department of Environment Health Supervision，Department of Communicable Disease Supervision， Department of Cosmetic Hygiene Supervision, Department of Legality and Checking and Department of License and Acceptance,etc.

Since the foundation of the agency, we have made law enforced powerfully on food hygiene, occupational Health, radiation hygiene and protection, environmental health, school health, medical health, prevention and control of communicable disease, cosmetic hygiene and so on. And we have put emphasis on important industries, high-risk places and pivotal taches closely related to people’s daily life and work. We have organized a series of importand activities such as actualization of rest assured food project, special punishmen of prevention and control of occupational disease, supervision of mediccal establishment, neatening and standardization of market economy order.Additionally, we have dealt with all kings of sudden public health incidents timely.
In future, we will firmly carry out Law on Food Hygiene of P.R.C,Law on Prevetion&Contronl of Occputational Disease of P.R.C, Law on the prevention and control of infectious diseases of P.R.C and other hygiene laws, statues and regulations as usual. And we will do our best to guarantee people’s health rights and interests, vindicate good social hygiene order, and promote our provinces’s economic development and social stability. |
